Objectives: The objective of the BSS National Vocational Education Mission is to ensure that educational opportunities for the development of vocational skills and know-how are provided to learners so they can become entrepreneurs capable of running their own businesses.
This vocational course is conceived as "TOTAL EMPLOYMENT TRAINING FOR TOTAL DEVELOPMENT". BSS is the National Development Agency sponsored by the Planning Commission, Government of India, to ensure public cooperation in implementing government plans.
